What we rent
Most companies rent you a tent and leave you to find a floor, a stage, and a caterer's equipment somewhere else. We carry all of it in our own warehouse in Holtsville, which means one delivery, one crew, and one person to call.

Find your tent size
Guest count is the starting point, but how people sit changes the answer a lot. Move the slider and pick your setup to get a working number before you call us.
This is a starting point, not a quote. Ground slope, trees, driveway access, and where the caterer needs to work all change the final size. We confirm the number when we quote your event.
Three very different jobs
Who we put tents up for
A backyard wedding in Sag Harbor and a festival at a county park need the same crew but almost nothing else in common. We plan each one from the ground it sits on.
Weddings and private events
Your property becomes the venue, so the tent has to hold the whole night. We walk the lawn, measure around the trees and the irrigation, and plan the layout so the dance floor is not backed into the buffet line. Sailcloth and clear top tents are ready for the East End and the North Shore.
Wedding rentals
Corporate and commercial
Company picnics, product launches, groundbreakings, and holiday parties across Hauppauge, Melville, and the 110 corridor. Our structure tents ballast onto asphalt with no staking, so a parking lot works as well as a lawn. Certificates of insurance go out the same day you ask.

Town fairs, waterfront festivals, concerts, and location shoots that need basecamp, holding, and catering tents. With more than 1,000 tents plus staging, flooring, power, and crowd control in our own warehouse, we cover a full site plan without you splitting it across four vendors.

Every town on Long Island, and we know the ground
Our warehouse sits on Corporate Drive in Holtsville, right off the Expressway, which puts our trucks about an hour from Montauk and about an hour from the Nassau line. That matters more than it sounds. Waterfront lawns on the East End take wind that inland sites never see, the North Fork wineries have soft ground through spring, and the Gold Coast estates have long private drives our drivers already know.

Why Long Island hosts keep calling us
The family started in 1975 running the entertainment side of parties. Michael Biondi took the business over in 2007 and grew the tent side from two tents to over 1,000. That history is the reason a 300 person wedding on a sloped lawn is a normal Saturday for our crew instead of a problem to solve.
We own the equipment
Tents, floors, stages, tables, linens, and power all come off our own racks. Nothing is subcontracted, so nothing gets blamed on another vendor.

Our crew installs it
The same people who load the truck put the tent up and take it down. You get one contact from the first call through breakdown.
